Mr. Martinez's Home Page

Hello… My name is Mr. Martinez and I teach art in the VAPA SLC here at Arleta High School, Home of the Mustangs. For the past 10 years, I have taught a breadth of Visual Art classes including Introduction to Art, Drawing, Painting, Graphic Design, and Advanced Placement Art. I don't expect all my students to go on to careers in art or even necessarily enjoy the process of making art, but I do expect every student to find an appreciation for what art provides our society: a form of communication, history, beauty as well as raising questions and compeling us to think.
